A reasonably central location in Banbury. the town was quite sweet with some lovely walks along the canal for the dog. The location of the hotel is up a hill so walking into town ok, the return a little harder. We enjoyed the evening meal, chosen from a very varied menu. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the barmaid/waitperson. Good to see facilities for hot drinks in the room, usable any time of the day.The space was a little bit cramped in the room, but easy to unload from the car being a motel style outside suite.Good parking
Not much space in the room, difficult to access the bathroom.

Friendly hotel. Stayed for 2 nights and the food was very good and excellent value for money. Chalet room was small but acceptable for a short stay. Overall a very enjoyable weekend.
Chalet room was small, but adequate for a short stay. Itemised billing would help most people to understand the invoice at checkout, but if you know roughly what you have accrued it can be worked out.

Great location close to a historic church, and offers breakfast for those who prefer non-breakfast options.

The location was very convenient for attending meetings around Banbury. Staff were helpful and my room was comfortable. The price and subsequent value for money are very high
Whilst the room was generally clean and tidy the back of the tv had not been dusted

Loved how lovely old and gorgeous the property was. Overall it was great-sized with the cleanliness of the bedroom. Everything was good, though a few employees were extremely rude. The total experience was very pleasant, I 100% recommend.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy every time one of us turned over. The frame appeared to be loose judging by the noise. The room was not particularly clean. The small sofa in the room was filthy, I have seen cleaner furniture in my local council refuse skip.

John
The location here was wonderful, close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area or being on a business trip, and the double room we stayed in for three nights was very clean and comfortable.

The selection of tea/coffee/biscuits etc was very good.
The room was not as clean as you would expect, the bed was lumpy, the facilities were quite basic. Lots of external noise from air conditioning or laundry.
